United Kingdom pop/rock artist Paul Bartolome has signed with LEGEND Recordings worldwide. The announcement comes with a brand new single "Flashing Lights" as well two already released singles in "Heaven" featuring Jonny Craig and "Holy Water" featuring the rapper, RiL.
